For subscription to newdesign magazine

newdesign magazine is a product owned and operated by Media Culture Ltd, registered number 07765448, whose registered office is at Pure Offices, Plato Close, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV34 6WE, United Kingdom. Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Media Culture Ltd.

Please read these terms and conditions. We will be unable to process any offer to purchase a subscription until you have agreed to the terms and conditions as set out below. They do not affect your statutory rights.

The subscription contract is formed when you click “Submit Order” to submit your order online, post or telephone us with details of your order; by doing so you are making an offer to take out a subscription, which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

Your subscription will begin with the next available issue unless otherwise stated.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of your first issue. We will deliver the magazines to the address you provide when placing your subscription order. We will not be responsible for failure to deliver magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address.

All subscriptions are for 12 months and you will receive a total of 6 newdesign magazines over this period.

A receipted invoice will be mailed to you once your subscription has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse and to cancel orders if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card.

Subscriptions are all based on an initial 12 month minimum contract, where cancellations are not permitted until the end of this period and we will not issue a refund. For subscriptions continuing after the initial 12 month period, you may contact us at any time (see contact details below) to cancel your subscription and we will refund any unfulfilled orders.

Prices displayed on the subscriptions section on the website will prevail at all times and prices include delivery charge. Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible; you will have the option of cancelling your order or reconfirming your order at the correct price. We will refund you in full if you cancel your order and have already paid.

Any refunds issued by us will be made in pounds sterling and will be converted into your currency by your bank.

Prices may be subject to change. In the event of a change in prices that affects your subscription, we will contact you as soon as possible detailing the changes that have occurred.

If you are subscribing as a student your order will not be processed and you will not be eligible for discounted prices until you provide us with evidence of a valid, dated student ID (e.g. NUS card).

You are able to pay your subscription via the website by Credit/Debit card. Please note that DWB Associates Ltd, not newdesign magazine, will be the name that appears on your bank or credit card statement. When making an online payment by credit/debit card, your account will be debited when you click “Submit Order”. For further payment options, please contact us using the contact details below.

You must contact us immediately if your delivery address changes. We will not be held responsible for failure to deliver magazines if you do not provide us with the correct address.

Any personal information you provide us with will be used to process your subscription to newdesign magazine. We may wish to contact you with details of our offers and products or those of third parties we think may be of interest to you; please tell us if you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes.

1. Acceptance of terms

Your access to and use of www.newdesignmagazine.co.uk (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
